Your Assistant Give your assistant something to do. Ask a question, name a task, or describe work you want done every week. Your assistant searches the web, writes documents, sends email, and builds agents that run on a schedule. Each page here names one of those abilities and ends on a sentence to try.
Make Connections Connect Google. Your assistant works with your calendar and your mail. Your assistant reads, sends, drafts, labels and archives mail as you, and creates, moves and cancels events on your calendar. You choose which permissions to grant on Google's own consent screen, and the Connection page shows exactly what you granted.
Learns About You Your assistant remembers the facts you tell it about yourself and the goals you are aiming at. Your assistant reads every memory before each message, and every answer starts from what your assistant already knows about you. The Memories page lists each one, and you can correct a memory, forget one, or write a new one yourself. Ask your assistant to write a skill and the method you describe becomes a standing instruction, read again whenever a matching request arrives.
Deep Research Ask anything and your assistant searches the web. Ask for depth and your assistant runs hundreds of searches across every part of the question. Your assistant assembles what those searches find into a comprehensive outline, then synthesizes the outline into a report that says something new. The finished report comes back as a link to a document, every claim tied to the source behind it and the sources listed at the end.
Shareable Documents Your assistant keeps what it writes as a document. Every document has its own page and its own address, with every past version and what it cost. Share a document with specific people by email address, with anybody holding the link, or with the whole web. A new document starts private, and you are the one who changes that from the document's page.
On a Schedule Say when. Your assistant writes the work down as an agent and runs the agent on that schedule. A schedule can skip dates, end on a day you name, or stop after a set number of runs. The Agents page lists every agent with a plain description, its next run, and what it has cost so far. Say "make it weekly" in the chat and the agent changes to match.
On a Budget Name a budget. Your assistant reasons about the work against that budget, reading what has been spent and what is left, and decides on the fly what to take on next. A research question with 10 cents behind it and the same question with a dollar behind it come back as two different pieces of work. Your assistant plans every run to finish within the budget, and the work stops before reaching the ceiling.
Very Transparent Every model call is priced, recorded, and shown. Every reply carries a receipt with its cost, split by service and by vendor, to the sixth decimal place. The chat header totals the whole conversation, and every document and agent shows its own cost. The Pricing page adds up the month, and the Account page shows what is left of your allowance and the day it refills.
Very Private Set how long your data is kept. What falls outside the window is deleted. Chats, documents, files, memories and schedules each keep their own window, from a week up to a year, any number of days you choose, or forever. The Privacy page also turns off analytics and model training, deletes a single chat, and closes the account.
Make API Requests Name an API and your assistant builds an agent that calls the API on your behalf. Authorization headers come from your secrets. Save a key on the Secrets page and the value is never shown again. The agent names the secret each request needs, and the key is filled in at the moment of the call.
Multi Platform Talk to your assistant in the app, over email, or in Slack. Each channel keeps its own conversation, and every channel shares the same memories, documents, and allowance. Your assistant emails you from a chat in the app, and in Slack answers your direct messages and every mention in a channel.
Dynamic Intelligence Ask for the best and your assistant reaches for the most advanced model. An agent runs each step on the model that step calls for, a quick model for searching and a more advanced one for the hard judgment. One request runs on more than one model, and the choice is made step by step.
Talk to a Human Raise an issue for a bug, a feature you want, or anything else you have to say. The team that builds this answers you here in the app. Raise one from any chat or from the Issues page, and attach the conversation where the trouble happened. Every issue shows whether the team has it open, planned, shipped, or declined, and a mark appears when the team has replied.
